Ano ang leadership? Hindi ka nagiging leader dahil lang sa iyong titolo o posisyon. Ikaw ay nagiging leader dahil sa kakayahan mong umaksyon. Kung pangarap mong makagawa ng napakabubuting bagay at maging mas matagumpay sa iyong negosyo, career, relationships, finances, at kahit ano pang iba, may isang kalidad, isang habit na kailangan mong makasanayang gawin. Alam mo ba kung ano iyon?

If you want to accomplish amazing things and become successful more in your business, career, relationships, finances, and any other part of your life, there is one quality, one habit that you need to possess. Kung gusto mong simulan ng maayos ang panahong ito at makakamit ng mas maraming bagay, kailangan mong paghandaan ang mga gusto mong makamit sa mga susunod na buwan. Panahon na para itigil ang pagsasayang ng oras para mabuhay lang at pagplanuhan na natin kung paano tayo mabubuhay ng masagana. A year has ended and another has just begun. If you want to start things right and accomplish more this year, you must prepare for all the things you want to accomplish for the next several months. It’s time to stop mindlessly wasting effort to simply survive and start planning how we want to thrive. After all, if you don’t know what you truly want, then it’s unlikely that you’ll ever achieve it.
Let me ask you this now: What are your next big successes?
After yet another year of hard work, this is the season for rest and celebration.
Today we must remember to be grateful for all the blessings and challenges we received in the past year, and we must look forward to the coming year with even higher expectations. For now, however, it’s time for all of us to simply relax and have fun. A good period of rest clears the mind and heart, after all, and it also prepares us for the challenges ahead.
This season, let’s spend some quality time with our friends, family, and other loved ones. Remember to also greet those you haven’t spoken to in a while since this is one of the best times to do so. You might just rekindle old friendships after all.
