Paano Hindi Matalo sa Negosasyon: Mag-Isip Para Manalo

Paano Hindi Matalo sa Negosasyon - Your Wealthy Mind
English Version (Click Here)

How to Avoid Losing Negotiations: Think to WIN

How to Avoid Losing Negotiations - Your Wealthy Mind
Tagalog Version (Click Here)

Every once in a while, people contact me for business reasons. While a vast majority of them make great and reasonable offers and they accept my rates (I make them as fair as possible), there are still a few occasions where some would offer pay that is far too low. When that happens, I simply refuse. Whenever I can, I also refer them to others who might be more willing. I don’t accept offers that aren’t right for me.

Why did I tell you that story? It’s because that’s the “secret” to winning at deals. Well, it’s not so much winning, however, as it is “not losing.” This lesson might be the difference between your moving up in life by getting better and better deals, and you losing time and again because of accepting worse and worse choices.

Pagkamit ng Pag-Asenso sa Buhay

Pagkamit ng Pag asenso sa buhay - Your Wealthy Mind
English Version (Click Here)

Getting Ahead in Life

Getting Ahead in Life - Your Wealthy Mind
Tagalog Version (Click Here)

It’s always difficult to start something new. It’s usually only when we’re forced into it that we do it, like getting a new job or new responsibilities at work. Unfortunately though, one of the main requirements to getting ahead in life is starting new good habits. Remember that everything we have and earned today is because of everything we’ve done so far.

One main reason why it’s difficult to start something new is because we are creatures of habit. We’re almost always very busy with all the chores and “stuff” we do every day. There’s also the fact that we usually can’t see a future that’s significantly better than what we have today. Think about it, a worker earning $300 a month can’t possibly dream of earning millions a day, right? But it’s possible (many workers-turned-entrepreneurs/executives have done it), and it’s looking at the possibilities that allow people to try for them and achieve more.

Avoiding Liquidation: Keep Your Business Afloat

Avoiding Liquidation Keep Your Business Afloat

*Contributed and sponsored by Hunny Sharma.

Owning a business is tough work. When difficulties strike, it can be hard to see a way out. Owing money can put a lot of pressure on any organisation.

Upper management takes the brunt of the pressure when the company is in debt, and not all professionals are able to endure it. To many, it seems like the only solution is to fold the company and file for bankruptcy. There are, however, alternatives that will appear for those who look for them.

Insolvency specialist BWA insists that in a lot of cases, businesses give up much too early. These experts claim that many organisations jump into liquidation before they’ve explored all options available. Very often, there are still other alternatives to explore. Indebted businesses may seem like they’ll always owe money and many lose hope because of it. Some approaches, however, may save organisations from trouble and revive them once more. [Read more…]
