“The key to success is to focus our conscious mind on things we desire, not things we fear.” – Brian Tracy

“The key to success is to focus our conscious mind on things we desire, not things we fear.” – Brian Tracy

Did you know that setting “goals” like “I want to be happy” or “I want to be rich” are a recipe for disaster? No, I’m not saying that because they’re impossible to achieve, it’s that they’re so vague that they won’t give you any information that you can actually act upon. Aside from that, they have no end point to let you know when you’ve finally accomplished the goal. If you want to achieve the things you want and become successful at something, then you must learn how to set goals in life properly. Study this article well, and create your goals based on the principles here!

Ano ang mga “Anak Mayaman”? (at bakit kailangan mong igalang ang lahat, Mayaman man o Mahirap)

English Version (Click Here)

What are “Rich Kids”? (and why you should be kind to everyone, Rich OR Poor)

Tagalog Version (Click Here)

Some time ago I climbed Mount Pinatubo, one of the most famous volcanoes in the Philippines. It was a simple and enjoyable hike along the rivers and the canyons and the crater lake at the end was beautiful. Around the crater near the rest stop is a set of stairs, and it’s rather tiring to climb unless you exercise often. Of course, a lot of us tourists get tired there.

One of the guides, a local who is used to the mountain landscape remarked “Anak mayaman” (rich person’s offspring, or “rich kid”) in a disparaging tone. It’s a common mindset: Rich kids are weak, mean, and spoiled. I mean, that’s how they all are on TV, right?

Paglikha ng Bundok: Limang Rason para sa Mangarap ng Lubos

English Version (Click Here)

Building Mountains: 5 Reasons to Dream BIG

Tagalog Version (Click Here)

There’s an old Filipino saying “libre lang ang mangarap” and it translates to “it’s free to dream.” While it sounds nice on paper, these days it implies that while you can dream big all you want, achieving your dreams is too difficult or impossible so you should never even try. While we wish we were rich and successful, it won’t happen and we’ll have to settle for an “ordinary” life instead. If we were born poor, we’ll just have to accept it and STAY poor.

Well what if you really DO want to become successful? Well then you need to have BIG dreams in order to achieve it! It’s free to dream… and it’s also free to think, plan, and find the way to achieve those dreams!

31 Self Improvement Tips para Magbago ng Kapalaran

English Version (Click Here)

31 Self Improvement Tips to change your Destiny

Tagalog Version (Click Here)

Similar to how mastering the laws of physics and aerodynamics can allow you to fly, learning and mastering the laws of daily life will let you accomplish far more than those who don’t. If you wish to achieve your full potential, then here are 31 self improvement tips you should learn and remember:

For a Better Future
  1. Take Responsibility for Your Life

What do most UNSUCCESSFUL people have in common? They love blaming others and making excuses, especially for their own mistakes and bad habits. It’s always their boss’ fault, the economy’s fault, their government’s fault. Since they never admit to their OWN faults, they keep waiting for the world to change and they never realize that they personally hold the key to bettering their lives. If you want to someday become successful, then you must remember that YOU are the only one in charge of your destiny.

  1. Set BIG Goals

Like I said in a previous article, those who live without setting any definite goals waste their lifetimes achieving nothing worthwhile. If you spend your time worrying and reacting to the problems that keep popping up every now and then, you’ll wake up on your deathbed realizing and regretting that you’ve never really lived.
