I have mentioned some time ago that I started streaming digital art at PocketLive. Unfortunately, while it was indeed fun, it didn’t last and lots of streamers have had to move on. A job loss is indeed terrible, but you have to remember that it’s not the end. It is usually the beginning of something much better.

Napakahalaga ng aral na matututunan mo mula sa mga salita ni Mark Twain at ito ay mainam ulitin. Hindi ka napapahamak ng kaalaman mo, kundi ang kaalamang akala mo alam mo pero mali pala. Kung hindi mo kinukuwestyon ang mga nalalaman (o “akala”) mo tungkol sa mundong kinagagalawan mo, baka mabaon ka sa pagkabigo.

There’s immeasurable value within Mark Twain’s quote and the lesson is worth repeating. It’s not what you know that gets you in trouble, but it’s the things you think you know but are actually wrong. If you don’t question your assumptions about the world around you, then you might well dig yourself into failure.
Kahit alam mo kung paano gumawa ng layunin, paano magplano, at kung paano maging mas productive sa trabaho, may isa ka pang kailangang tandaan. Kapag ang motivation o layunin mo ay hindi nagpapalakas ng iyong loob para umaksyon, hindi ka magtatagumpay. Uulitin ko: Kapag ang motivation o layunin mo ay hindi ka binibigyan ng lakas ng loob para umaksyon, hindi ka magtatagumpay.
Paano mo naman mahahanap ang motivation na iyon? Basahin mo lang ito dahil baka ito na ang isa sa pinakamahalagang aral na matututunan mo.
Even though you might know how to set goals, how to make plans, and how to become productive enough at work, there’s still one more thing that you need to remember. If your motivation is not inspiring enough to drive you to action, then you will never be successful. Let me repeat that: If your motivation is not inspiring enough to drive you to action, then you will NEVER be successful.
