Translation: Ang ikaunang payo. Kailangan alamin mo ang pinagkaiba ng asset at liability at bumili ka ng assets. Ang mga mahihirap at middle class ay kumukuha ng liabilities, pero akala nila assets ang mga ito. Ang asset ay isang bagay na naglalagay ng pera sa bulsa ko. Ang liability ay nagtatanggal ng pera mula sa bulsa ko.
