(Ang susi sa tagumpay ay ang pagfocus ng ating isipan sa mga gusto natin, hindi sa mga kinatatakutan natin.)

Alam mo ba na ang paggawa ng layunin gaya ng “gusto ko ng masayang buhay” o “gusto kong yumaman” ay hindi makabubuti? Hindi ko sinasabi iyon dahil imposible silang makamit. Ito’y dahil sila’y napakalabo na hindi ka makakauha ng impormasyong magagamit mo para makamit ang mga ito. Bukod pa doon, wala din silang nakatakdang hangganan kaya hindi mo malalaman kung tunay mo nga ba silang nagawa. Kung gusto mong makamit ang iyong mga pangarap at magtagumpay sa isang bagay, kailangan mong pag-aralan ang tamang paglikha ng layunin. Pag-aralan mong mabuti ang article na ito, at gumawa ka ng layunin gamit ang mga prinsipyo dito.

Limang Aral sa Buhay mula sa Parkour Training
